Elastra Inks Deal for 16,733 SF (CoStar Group)

Software Company to Move to Golden Gateway Commons

Elastra signed a 40-month lease with Arden Realty, Inc. for 16,733 square feet at 75 Broadway in San Francisco's Golden Gateway Commons. The software developer will take occupancy in September.

The 92,685-square-foot office building delivered in 1984 in the Jackson Square submarket.

Markus Shayeb of HC&M Commercial Properties, Inc. represented Elastra. Bart O'Connor and John Norton of Cornish & Carey Commercial represented the landlord.
