AT&T RENEWS LEASE IN 3 BUILDINGS WITH ARDEN REALTY, INC. IN REDMOND, WA MARKET

Arden Realty, Inc. has extended the term of the lease with AT&T Services, Inc. for 3 years for 155,830 sf. The tenant will continue to occupy 3 buildings at 14500-14560 87th Street in Redmond, WA. Arden Realty’s West Willows Technology Center will remain at 100% occupied. Tim O’Keefe and Chris Adams of CB Richard Ellis represented the tenant. Arden Realty’s David Tye, VP of Operations- Pacific Northwest represented the landlord.
