Big Sky Technologies Inc. leased 2,525 SF of office space at 9325 Sky Park Ct in San Diego from Arden Realty. Cassidy Turley BRE Commercial’s Tom van Betten repped the tenant, while CBRE’s Nick Bonner repped the landlord.

Wal – Mart is moving its regional headquarters in Phoenix and expanding its space and employee count. Wal-Mart has leased 21,700 square feet at the Airport Tech Center, 4127 E. Van Buren St. in Phoenix. The company is moving its regional headquarters from the Papago Park Center in Tempe.Terms of the deal were not disclosed.

Wal-Mart previously occupied 7,000 square feet, but the Bentonville, Ark.-based retailer (NYSE: WMT) is expanding to handle a new emphasis on healthy foods. The company is relocating 75 employees from California to help staff the location, according to officials at Lee & Associates
