Since its inception, Arden has offered one of the most innovative and successful tenant outreach programs in the commercial real estate industry. Outstanding service is a top company objective at Arden: We provide a wide range of proprietary services, seek regular feedback from our tenants, and are measured internally by our ability not only to meet our service goals but also to exceed expectations year-after-year.
Arden has a team dedicated solely to delivering consistent service that includes Regional Tenant Service Managers for our overall tenant base. These service ambassadors work closely with management teams and the Home Office to ensure that tenants receive top flight communication and response and that requests are met whenever possible.
In addition, we survey our tenants not once but twice a year to make sure that we are addressing issues and listening to our customers in real time and with real solutions. Our programs include Arden at Your Service, a proprietary web-based virtual concierge, special discounts and events, energy solutions and a wide range of programs based on tenant needs and preferences.
